his instrumental group, put together in the late 2005, is lined up by four musicians of busy schedule in the Buenos Aires tango scene.

Chino Molina is part of the cast of the “Madero Tango” show, he accompanies the female singers Adriana Varela and Amelita Baltar. Dipi Kvitko teams up a duo with the singer Walter Laborde, is member of the Cuarteto de Aníbal Arias, besides having played in the groups of Hugo Rivas, Rudi Flores and Daniel Melingo. He was member and recently recorded with the group fronted by José Ángel Trelles. Felipe Traine is member of the Palermo Trío, the Ofidio Dellasoppa group and Las Cuerdas Flojas (tango-humor). Furthermore he recorded and played with Alfredo Casero, Tata Cedrón, among others. Adrián de Felippo plays tango and jazz. He is member of the Los cosos de al lao quartet. He played with Bernardo Baraj, was sideman with Walter Malosetti, Fats Fernández, Ricardo Lew, among others.

This line-up of typical quartet has glorious antecedents in the groups headed by Troilo-Grela and Federico-Grela. The combination of guitars and double bass with bandoneon provides that criollo feature in the color and essence of tango, without missing the beat of the genre which makes it a quite versatile group, suitable for the accompaniment of singers and dancing. The arrangements are original charts based on classic repertory of the genre and in original pieces.

They have appeared throughout the country in their own shows and backing singers. They have been invited to the 3º Festival Río Tango Grande in Tierra del Fuego (October 2006), in the cycle Tango 07 of the Centro Cultural San Martín and in the Program of Noted Barrooms of the city of Buenos Aires.

Also at the Teatro Argentino de La Plata in the XIII Festival Guitarras del Mundo. A season at the La Trastienda Club alongside the singers Cardenal Domínguez, Alfredo Piro, Verónika Silva and Walter Laborde. With them he also appeared at the V Campeonato Mundial de Baile. Also at the cycle at the Torquato Tasso organized by SADEM.

His first compact disc “No tiene nada” was released by the Típica Records label and was published in the city of Buenos Aires in June 2008.

In August 2008 Omar Mollo will release his new record with the accompaniment by the quartet. They are also about to complete the recording of the next disc that the singer Hugo Araujo will release. They have also appeared with other singers like: Ricardo “Chiqui” Pereyra and Claudio Garcés, among others.

They can be regularly heard at the milongas (dancehalls) of the city and tango venues of the city of Buenos Aires.
