e started to sing tango in 1965, on the radio station LT8 of Rosario, frequently accompanied by a consecrated bandoneonist of the city of Rosario, Antonio Ríos.

In 1968 he won at a contest which allowed him to represent the province of Santa Fe at the Tango Festival of La Falda.

He was invited by Channel 9, in 1969, to appear at the great contest of the program Grandes valores de hoy y de siempre, in which he turned out finalist together with Raúl Funes and Chino Carlos Reyes, among others.

When he settled in Buenos Aires he was based at the popular neighborhood of San Telmo, and there is hardly any night local that has not been shaken by the sound of his voice. On many occasions he was accompanied by the bandoneonist Eduardo Cortti.

He recorded with the accompaniment of the orchestra led by Ricardo Martínez for the Diapasón label. Among his latest things he recorded accompanied by the group Ciudad Trío and at a production by Jorge Fernández (Jorfer), called Poker de tango in which, among others, he sings Jorfer’s tango with lyrics by Martina Iñíguez “Bailar el tango con vos”.
