he was born in the neighborhood of La Chacarita, in the city of Buenos Aires and studied theater with Alejandra Boero and Ricardo Bartís and at age 17 she joined the casts of several Pepito Cibrián’s plays.

She was part of an independent theater company and with them she appeared as singer at a show meant to pay homage to Roberto Goyeneche in which also Virgilio Expósito was. The latter, regarding the beauty and the personality of her voice, advised her to devote herself to tango.

As from that time she appeared at several contests and was awarded the third place at the Certamen Nacional de Tango «Hugo Del Carril» (2001) and turned out finalist at the Pre-Cosquín (2000). She appeared at the Hotel Alvear alongside Alberto Podestá, Guillermo Fernández and Ariel Ardit. She also appeared at the Piazzolla Tango with Raúl Lavié and in some other shows with different orchestras.

In 2008 she released her first disc: Camino, later Atilio Stampone summoned her to sing as guest soloist with the Orquesta Nacional «Juan de Dios Filiberto».

Thereafter she was present at different events organized by the Secretary of the Nation and the Secretary of the City of Buenos Aires: Festival y Mundial de Tango, Café Cultura Nación, Festival de Tango Joven, La gran vía de Mayo, Todas las músicas and Música sin límites.

Since 2007 she has been the singer of the Quinteto China Cruel, an all-girl tango aggregation devoted to play their own numbers. With this group she appeared in a large number of festivals and at international shows.

Her second album En carne propia, recorded with the best artists of the genre (César Angeleri, Pablo Agri, Cristian Zárate, Pablo Mainetti, Rubén Lobo), allowed her to be member of The Latin Recording Academy (Grammy) and to present that material in the category Best Tango Album.

The Quinteto China Cruel was awarded the first place in the Selección Nacional de Conjuntos Orquestales 2007 and the «Reinas del Plata» recognition by the chamber of deputies for the contribution of women to tango (Congreso de la Nación, 2008)

Nowadays she is appearing at different venues of the popular music circuit: Torquato Tasso, Clásica y Moderna, Esquina Homero Manzi, Café Homero, Los 36 Billares, Centro Cultural Recoleta, Paseo La Plaza, Café Tortoni, Ciudad Cultural Konex, Teatro Roma of Avellaneda and a great number of ballrooms of Buenos Aires and in the interior of our country.
